About IDLES

IDLES are an English post-punk band formed in Bristol in 2009, known for their energetic live performances and politically charged lyrics. The band consists of Adam Devonshire (bass), Joe Talbot (vocals), Mark Bowen (guitar), Lee Kiernan (guitar), and Jon Beavis (drums). Idles have recorded a bunch of songs for their new album, which is going to be more driven than their previous work and is due to be finished in late 2025. They are also scheduled to perform at Bristol's Queen Square in August 2025.
